What this is
We take students seriously. That means you are not here to watch from the corner and pretend that counts as training. You are here to learn how a real outpatient practice works, how we think through patient care, and how to stay clear when the presentation is messy.
Students work under close supervision. Every treatment decision is a team decision between the student and the supervising clinician. We want people who can listen, think, ask better questions, and handle honest feedback without folding in half.
