What we do
Start wherever
it hurts.
Mental health, men's health, weight, sleep, sex, hormones. Telehealth and in-person. Real care, no headache.
Nobody walks in with the same thing going on, so we don't run people through a template. Whether it's ADHD, depression you're trying to climb out of, anxiety that won't quit, testosterone that's gone flat, or forty pounds you want gone without losing your mind doing it, we go at whatever speed actually works for you.
Care should feel productive and sometimes even fun. Not like you're calling Comcast customer service.

Pick a door
It all runs on one system, so start wherever it hurts.
Mood, focus, sleep, hormones, weight, sex. Most of it talks to the rest of it, and we treat the part you came in for without ignoring the parts hanging off it.

The bread and butter.
Psychiatry is what we do. It's the work and it's the reason this place exists. If your current psych provider is stressing you out, it's probably time for a change. Even if that change isn't with us. Too many clinics bury people in rules and red tape, like they forgot the point is actually helping. Your mental health should come first. Full stop.
As bodies age, things shift, and we treat the parts of men's health your usual doctor either rushes or punts. Testosterone, weight, sleep, libido, the stuff that gets a shrug and a fifteen-minute slot somewhere else.
What's on the table
- Mental healthADHD, anxiety, and depression, handled by someone who reads what you actually sent.
- Men's healthTestosterone, weight, sexual health, and hair loss, with real labs and an honest answer about what they say.
- One systemMood, sleep, hormones, and weight all talk to each other, so we treat them like they do.
Wherever you're standing
- TeensADHD that's been there all along, anxiety that's started running the show, with parent loop-in when it helps and real privacy when it matters.
- 20s and 30sSchool, work, dating, the mortgage that didn't exist a decade ago. Burnout starts here, and so does the work out of it.
- 40s and 50sThe hormones shift, the sleep shifts, the recovery shifts, and the ADHD that was always there finally gets named.
Wherever you're standing.
Telehealth, flexible scheduling, and a real human on the other end. We see patients from 15 all the way through 50, which means we know how to talk to a fifteen-year-old and also a guy who's been wrestling with the same thing since the Clinton administration, and yeah those are pretty different conversations, but it's the same care underneath.
Every decade throws a slightly different version of the same questions at you, and we'll meet you in whichever one you're sitting in right now. You don't need a cheer squad or a poster on the wall, you just need somebody who shows up, listens, and actually knows what they're doing. Nobody's wired to handle all of it solo.

Hard things hit different
when you're not in it alone.
You don't need a cheer squad or a motivational poster. It just helps to have someone who shows up, listens, and knows what they're doing. (We're probably going to cheer for you anyway.)
We weren't built to do it all alone.
