Most of the guys we work with aren't falling apart, they're functioning fine on paper and quietly running at about seventy percent, and that's exactly the person most practices have no idea what to do with because you're not sick enough to set off any alarms.
We take your head seriously without the clinical theater, and we'd rather talk to you like a person than read you back your own chart, because you don't have to hit some bottom to be allowed to want more out of your week than just getting through it.

Not a checklist handed to you on the way out the door, you figure out what helps and you keep tuning it as you go.

We don't run a script or pull a one-size-fits-all plan off the shelf, the work is messy and personal and sometimes it's uncomfortable, and that's normal, because most of the people we see are high-functioning guys who've been carrying something longer than they needed to and just want to feel better than fine.
This isn't nodding along while you check symptom boxes, it's honest talk and real strategies and actually putting in the work to feel different, no sanitized language, no pretending, and if we're being honest we don't do crisis stabilization or the heavy acute stuff, so if that's where you are we'll point you somewhere that can do it right.

Patient Portal & LiveWell App
Our portal is genuinely good, you can finish your paperwork, answer questionnaires, message billing or your provider, check your labs, and pay your bill from one place. There's an app too, just search LiveWell PHR in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Insurance
We take most major insurance now, so here's the lay of the land.
Preferred Provider (extended patient access):
- First Choice Health Network (FCHN)
- Kaiser (PPO plans with FCHN access)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield, Regence BCBS of Oregon
- BlueCard Affiliates: Premera, Anthem, Empire
- HMA (Regence plans only), Lifewise, Bridgespan
In-Network: Aetna, Moda, Providence Health Plans, United Healthcare / Optum.
Not on that list? Still fine, because most plans cover 60 to 80 percent of your visit and we'll hand you a Superbill so you can file for reimbursement yourself. We can't work with Medicare or Medicaid.

What if LiveWell is out-of-network?
Then you're in the driver's seat instead of the insurance company, because we build your plan around you and not around whatever rules a payer felt like writing this year. We only share info with insurance if you're going after reimbursement.
Our rates
Initial psychiatric evaluation runs $425, and follow-ups land somewhere between $150 and $400 depending on what we're doing, with the full fee schedule waiting in your new patient welcome packet.
Cancellations
Less than 48 hours notice means the full appointment fee comes off the card on file, though your provider can waive it or knock it down at their discretion.
Billing & self-pay discounts
We keep a card on file and run it before your appointment, and you can also pay through Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, or Bitcoin, where BTC gets you a 10 percent discount.
Training the next generation
We work with NP, medical, and PA students under close supervision, so you might see a student sit in on one of your sessions.
